Partial Lunar Eclipse & Venus Transit

We've certainly had some very interesting celestial activity recently what with the Annular Solar Eclipse that occurred May 20th, 2012. There is always a lunar eclipse that accompanies a solar eclipse, either two weeks prior or two weeks after; this lunar eclipse happens to be set two weeks after our solar eclipse and you can get a glimpse of it Monday, June 4th beginning at 6:00 am, peaking at about 7:00am, and ending at about 8:00am. This partial lunar eclipse is happening in Sagittarius.

Coincidentally, the day after, Tuesday, June 5th, there will be an even more rare event (even more rare than Halley's Comet) - the Transit of Venus.
